I have BCBS Medicare Advantage and they only do a 13 month capped rental as mentioned. I can only use one of the Medicare approved suppliers for my area and pay a 20% monthly of the Medicare approved rental price (about $13.00 in my case). I would be surprised if they reimburse you.
