Thanks for the reply’s!!! The mask still pisses me off every night when I go to bed but I know I have to do it so it is what it is. About the worst part is when I roll over and the hose rubs on the nightstand. It’s like nails on a chalk board to me.

I sleep good for the most part. Still getting used to the mask so it takes me a little longer to fall asleep than before. When I first turn the machine on I feel like I am breaking very heavy and out of breath. After about 5 minutes that goes away. I do feel somewhat better but still sleepy on some ...

I have been reading on here for about a month and have been using a CPAP for 2 weeks now. I downloaded Sleephead and would like to get some input if I need to make any adjustments or just feedback in general.
