Is Dreamstation down right now? I keep trying to download last night's stats. It pulls no new data each time. My machine is working. Strange.

I just really have to watch what I eat and make sure I get good cardio exercise in. Going out to eat once will kill it.

I gained about 5 pounds since I started cpap. I guess my diet could be better. Increase my cardio too to get my heart rate up to burn fat. I was just seeing if there was a correlation.
