would it help useing ramp for 30 or 45 min and i might be asleep, asuming it does not start working till ramp is over

they always happen while im awake, it takes at lest an hour to go asleep, there all clustered around that time and in morning before i shut mach off, if i have ahi of 8, 6 or 7 are clear, can i not pay to much attention to them, i shut the mach as soon as i wake up and have stoped almost all at that...
