Unfortunately I couldn't get all the metrics in one screenshot but between the top one and this it should have all the ones asked for. Mostly I'm interested in how I can tweak my settings so I can feel better rested. I have pretty good compliance this time around but I'm only feeling marginally less...

Struggled on and off with CPAP and recently have had a good run of 30 days, feeling a slight improvement but not as much as I'd like, would love to get some help decoding my Sleeptalk data.
