Thanks for all the info Pugsy... I assume i an increase cm via the menu on the apap itself, no need to call my sleep therapist to do it for me? I will check it out and see how it goes tonight ... Lots of cool info i see in this sleepyHead program... i need to read up on how to interpret the readings...
