Sudafed can have strange effects on some people even apart from keeping them awake (it always does that to a degree), so I wouldn't be too concerned unless the effects continue after you stop using it. I havent used it for about 5 days but what has happened is Ive become so tired from lack of sleep...

Thanks for the reply..Had an anxiety issue and went to urgent care..ran tests etc..no issues with heart..But just before I fall asleep I stop breathing..then panic..I will have to come back later..must try to sleep again as Ive been up all night.
