Yes that link is the correct ResMed I'm using. I've tried the manual mode and the highest 86 degrees and the highest humidity of 8. I warmed it up also before use. The manufacturer suggested one last test, to try and reduce the humidity to 5 or 6. When I did his last test I didn't tell my wife I was...

Thank you for the suggestions and the info. Do you happen to know if Apria is correct in saying that the manufactures are not giving us the warm air like we're used to getting with the older machines?
