Have you tried Nasal saleine wash before you go to bed?
Spray let it do its thing then blow your nose... Helps me alot.

Are you fitting the mask at the starting pressure of 4? If so you might try using the mask fit setting on your machine to fit it to the higher pressure. Seal at 4 cm might not work so great and 10 cm. Your leaks aren't horrible...if they don't wake you up then I wouldn't worry about them but if the...
