Hello, My husband switched from a ResMed air touch F20 to the Respironic Wisp nasal mask. We made sure the mask type, which is x1 was set and we started with the very lowest pressure and it is blowing hard as if it was set at 20. I have followed videos on changing it but no luck, it still is blowing...
