Re: Newbee question, please see my charts

The ahi chart is useless, the pressure chart is important, remove the ahi and mask pressure charts and make the others bigger to fill the space. Thanks fo the feedback, just uploaded a new version of the diagram replacing the old one. Ok, now that I can see the pressure curve better, I'd say that y...

Re: Newbie question, please see my charts

I'm striving to get that AHI number down to zero, please have a look at the new chart I uploaded. Chasing zero is an exercise in futility, and a perfect example of diminishing returns. The closer to zero you get, the less good it does. 5 to 2? big difference. 2 to 1? small difference 1 to 0.5? prob...

Re: Newbie question, please see my charts

Thanks again to everyone for their recommendations. It's been a while since I changed my settings as recommended and I see a definite improvement. The change was to increase the minimum pressure from 4 to 9 and EPR to Ramp Only at 3cmH2O. My AHI scores are now in the 2-3 range from the 4-5 I was ge...

Re: Newbbee question, please see my charts

Your minimum pressure is much too low. Your medium pressure was a little over 11 cm. I would recommend you raise your minimum pressure to 10 cm. If you feel this is too much of a jump to make at once, then start at 6 cm and go up 1 or 2 cm every few days. Thanks, I'll try that and hopefully the add...

Also, here is a good article describing the effects of OSA. https://www.nytimes.com/guides/well/sleep-apnea-guide It made me realize how important the use of ...
