When I got my machine I used distilled water just for the easy clean up of sediment. A few weeks ago I ran out of distilled and decided to go with normal tap water, just to see how much sediment would accumulate. I'm not seeing any. Believe me, you will over time. The Ontario Medical system classifies incorrectly, the Airsense 10 Autoset for Her as a CPAP. This IS the best machine you can get. I love my Airfit P10 and no complaints, except that the elastic that goes over the top of my head leaves an indentation in my hair. Anyone have any strategy to avoid that? I've tried putting padding under it but it didn't really solve the issue. I thought maybe someone else has figured a way around...
