My low pressure with other mask was about 8.00 ... in laymen terms what are Centrals?

Ok so for the last week my AHI has been below 5 ...high pressure is max ie 20 and low is 13 ..so will increasing the low reduce my AHI further?

well ..last night seemed really good .. i put the low pressure up again slightly ..only one bathroom visit ... and another stoppage to get to an itch under my mask ..

No they were all bathroom visits and machine was off and back on again straight way mask remained on and i used the quick release.

ok so did 10/20 settings as suggested .. would like AHI to be a bit lower .. coped with pressure ok ..does it need to go up?

so decided to try the full face mask again... here are last nights results..no leaks ..can someone tell me why my AHI is high?
am guessing air pressure needs to go up?

so ..rubbish one last night after my 2nd bathroom trip ..i just couldnt sleep with the air blowing up the nose even o low ..so took mask off.

still getting use to that increase in pressure ... i took the mask off to go to the bathroom as it doesn't have a quick release on the hose and even though
i thought i had enabled the "auto switch off" .. it didnt kick in so i switched the machine off ..but was less then 2 mins ..

so last nights results ..still need adjustments ..but no idea what

Have changed low ramp to 7 and changed time from 45 mins to 30 mins

ok ,,so is that inc the ramp start as well? thats at 4.0
have just bumped up the auto min to 11
