Thanks for the feedback. The breaks in therapy are me getting up to go to the bathroom. Not sleeping well means I am tossing and turning and waking up every 2-3 hours. Help deciphering my data
I have not been sleeping well lately. My Oscar data looks ok to me but I am no expert. Does anyone see anything that looks like it might need adjustment on my machine (Airsense 10)?
