Thanks so much for the detailed reply. Nothing has changed in my routine. I do have nasal congestion/sinus issues but have had those for years. When I go pee at night its because I really have to go. Probably time to get my prostate checked given my age. When I wake up it takes me probably 15-30 min...

Thanks for the feedback. The breaks in therapy are me getting up to go to the bathroom. Not sleeping well means I am tossing and turning and waking up every 2-3 hours. Only medication I take is Simvastatin. No other physical or mental health issues. 53 year old male. I have been using CPAP since 201...

Help deciphering my data

I have not been sleeping well lately. My Oscar data looks ok to me but I am no expert. Does anyone see anything that looks like it might need adjustment on my machine (Airsense 10)?
