Re: nose sores from air (not pressure sores)?

Turns out it's a Philips mask/headgear. DreamWear nasal mask (without the nasal pillows). Having a hard time inserting a (stock) photo here. I've been using a c-pap for about 16 months and it's been going well. I've tried several different mask types and found that the nasal "sleeve" (the one with h...

Re: nose sores from air (not pressure sores)?

thanks. no, not large open sores at this point, just sore areas that I'm hoping don't become worse. I'll look for some lanolin as suggested. Nasal pillow created an open sore under my nose, and the mask (small triangular over nose) gave me a rash and a hige zit. Honestly I'm thinking about trying the dental...

Re: Hair!

I've tried using a silk cap - helps things somewhat, but hair ends up very flat & can be hard to perk it up

Re: Hair!

I' m having this difficulty as well.I have short curly hair, but my curls aren't very "hardy" - they get created by a good cut and great products. In the past I"ve only had to wash & dry my hair twice a week, and that also keeps it healthier. But now I have the worst bed head ever, every morning. On...
