I know I definitely felt better after the first night. I stopped using my machine for about a week and I started to feel really bad again. there is definitely a learning curve, and getting used to this is hard. have you been diagnosed with sleep apnea?

I am not sure which one, but it is an auto set resmed. Newest one out .

Recently have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, but before I officially was , I had thought I might have had some sort of apnea problem. I bought myself a resmed s9 elite, and it works okay. My question is, my doctor recommends I get all new machines,etc. Do they new machines produce better results?

fatigue is definitely my main complaint. and I do wake up few times a night usually around midnight , 3am and around 5am right before my alarm.

I think I just took my mask off one night because I was frustrated lol. I am all clear in my nose...

here is the past two days. I am just tired of being tired at this point lol.

the past few nights, waking up I have not been feeling good at all, and the day is pretty bad but I think it is a little better. I am not sure what else I should do. I am falling asleep no problem with the mask. my API is still around 2.50

So what happens from here? You just get more used to the mask and sleeping with it and gradually feel better over time? After using that mask it made a huge difference. Very comfy. It did fall off in middle of night, maybe I had it on too tight

The back up mask you gave me is amazing I love it. I do feel like it is hard to breathe a bit. My pressure is set at 6 so should I bump up to 8? Are my other settings ideal also?
