SNORE INDEX AND MASK TYPE
About 2 weeks ago I switched from a full-face mask to a nasal mask due to forehead irritation. Monitoring my readings with MyEncore, everything is about the same except for "Snore Index". It went fro 150-300 with the full-face mask to between 5 and 10 with the nasal mask. Is it possible the change w...

Wow!
I followed all instructions, and it worked! Hooked up the humidifier, detected a very small leak, but fixed it using the pull-seal-out-and-reseat method! Washed my face, and clamped down on the mask. I had no idea it had to be so tight! While I was at it, set machine to CPAP mode at 11 (with C-Flex ...

Tom, Thank you for the help. This is the first time I have ever looked at this data, so I'm not sure what's normal and what's not. I made a mistake in my second post. I said I was averaging 300 minutes of Large Leak per night. The actual average is 165 minutes. I'm not using the humidifier right now...

Leak
I have similar numbers every night, cannot say what they would be like without the leak because I have only 3 days of data and the average amount of Large Leakage is 300 minutes per night.

Could I Get Some Input On This Data?
I wonder if I could get some knowlegable input on this data from one night? I think I obviously have a big leak isssue, but any light shed on the whole thing would be appreciated. My prescribed pressure is 11. One specific question: I have the Leak Alert set on my machine, so should it be going off ...

Heated Humidification Makes Congestion Worse
Has anyone else had the experience of humidification (heated or passover) actually making nasal congestion worse? This seems to be the case with me. I was on CPAP for quite a while before I was prescribed a heated humidifier. Even on the lowest setting, it seemed to increase my nasal congestion. Now...

ResMed Mirage/Ultra CUSHION Medium-Shallow For Sale
ResMed Mirage/Ultra Full-Face CUSHION Medium-Shallow For Sale I have one ResMed Medium-Shallow full-face mask CUSHION for sale. Part #16672. This is just a cushion, not a full mask! I opened this item and tried on for about 15 minutes. Found out I can't use the shallow. Not used even one night. If y...

Remstar Auto Date/Time Question
How does the Remstar Auto track the date and time (which is then used in programs like MyEncore?) I don't remember seeing anything in the setup menu about date/time. Thanks.

Mako 3500
I attempted to purchase the 3500 reader from Two-Factor. The only shipping option I came up with was $50 for FedEx. Not only that, but it said "...this is the only shipping option available." So I ordered the whole package from cpap.com. Was tempted to try a generic reader from eBay but was talked o...
