Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what? Pugsy, you raise a very good point. I do take 40mg of Latuda in the evening with dinner. It makes me drowsy and definitely helps me get to sleep (even before I had my APAP machine). I never stopped to think that it might have a hang-over effect....
