So here are the last 4 nights I've had: 1) Do the numbers besides obstructive sleep apneas on sleepyhead when i scroll over them mean I wasnt breathing for that many seconds? 2) anything I can do to fix obstructive sleep apneas? 3) can i expect better results continuing my therapy? like more energy...

I ended up turning off the RAMP feature because I was wondering why my pressure was starting at 4.0 and not 8.2 with a max of 20.0 like I had put on the settings. 4.0 was suffocating me!
And yes I did turn off the machine during that call. At least I think I did. But I was completely awake.
