Re: Long time user now feeling worse
Yep covid negative, got some blood tests next week. Reason I'm pretty sure it's sleep related is a familiar feeling of headache and fatigue from poor quality sleep. You're entirely right it may be something else, but for example I had a 0.00 AHI on Sunday and felt pretty damn good, energy, did some ...

Long time user now feeling worse
Quick summary: - 2+ year user, spent a lot of time here learning and adjusted my settings to pretty much a fixed 11.2 - 13.0 with 95% of 11.8 - Not a great sleeper, light, anxiety, tried some different meds but now stopped. Problem is: - Feeling VERY fatigued like pre-cpap. I never had the wonderful...

Re: Back Pain & Aerophagia
Thanks very much for the replies, the first and second sleep theory is very interesting and I can see how I may be experiencing something like that. There's probably some truth in that everyone wakes up but I am more fixated on it as well, then sleep hygiene comes into the mix. I'll do some more rea...

Re: Back Pain & Aerophagia
Reducing it by 0.5cm has seemed to do the trick, always the simple solutions you miss. Anyway another problem now, wonder if anyone has any ideas. I seem to be highly sensitive to events when they wake me up. For example the last two nights minor RERA events have woken me up (I matched the time to l...

Re: Back Pain & Aerophagia
Yeah I'll try tonight another 0.5cm and see if that makes me feel better without the back pain. I can imagine deep sleepers find immediate relief with CPAP but for us light sleepers no chance

Back Pain & Aerophagia
Hi All, I posted a few months back that I thought I had found a missing link between testosterone and sleep but it turns out to be a red herring and it didn't help. Will try and make this as quick and simple as possible, need some help bad! - On Cpap for about one year, stuck to it 100%. I;m a light...

Re: Found my missing link - Testosterone + Apnea
Thanks for the replies, hope it is helpful to some people. It could of course be a conincidence and getting over my sleep debt occurred at the same time but changing sleep on the same day, I doubt it! Hope you all get some rest and the tip helps someone!

Found my missing link - Testosterone + Apnea
So something I really wanted to share and get opinions on and maybe will help others. Been on CPAP since roughly Dec 18, never slept well, never felt rested. Felt just as bad as pre-cpap. There's nothing wrong with my set up, leaks etc and APIs are tiny on paper like 0.19, 0.45 etc even some straigh...
