I'm sure it's a very old cellular modem (pre-dating 4G and 3G) for sending telemetry information to ResMed and your doctor. No cell providers support 2G (that I know of) and I hear the VZW is dropping 3G by the end of 2019.

I haven't gotten my first cpap machine yet, so I never downloaded the Windows version. I hope there will be a solution for me to get the installer.

I'm sure that no one here really wants to use a CPAP machine, but I'm so excited to get one so I can get a good night sleep. I would not make that assumption, instead I would be proactive in requesting a ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset or aAutoset for her.
