I occasionally get sore spots on the top of my tongue. CPAP.dries out mouth quite a bit sometimes even with the humidity turned all the way up. It feels chapped almost.

I've been wearing a CPAP for a couple of months now and still have nose itches or I wouldn't have looked at this thread. However I have made a lot of progress. First, moisturize your face before bed. I actually use a light coat of Vaseline on my nose. It moisturizes and also acts like a wind barrier...
