Wordbabe, thanks for your post, and thanks to all who have responded so far. This thread is of interest to me because I'm also new (on my fourth week with CPAP) and wondering the same things. I know that many folks have been helped greatly by CPAP. But for me, I have yet to see or feel any benefits....
