I bought a CPAP (Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset) from a retailer in 2015. That retailer has gone out of business and I need a repair.

I am in Denver, CO.

I cannot find a local repair center.

Any recommendations for national / regional provider.

I pulled up my AirSense MyAir app and it tells me how poorly my last two days have been (as it is just blowing air at 10.1 versus regulating). I have an SD card. Will sleepyhead disagnosis info that MyAir does not? Willing to try anything to get it working. Thank you for your advice!

Okay - so my home screen options are my options and sleep report. I click on my options and ramp time, climate Ctrl, tube temp, all say auto. How do I reset / find clinical menu. I have sleep report and clinical options but don’t see reset.

It is an autosense 10 Autoset.

No - 10.1 is just where he seems to pressurize to. So instead of stabilizing at 6.0, 7.4, etc...it just all of suddem starts blowing at 10.1 consistently. I verified everything is set to auto.

I’ll verify my equipment in my profile as I may have picked wrong one.

Tried unplugging and replugging it back in - maybe wait longer? Retail to find replacement if I cannot get it repaired.
