New Mask = whole-body stiffness in morning ?
Hi all, Thanks to help on this board, I determined I was having leakage problems with my mask. I decided to try a new one: Old Mask: F&P Simplus Full Face New Mask: Amara View Full Face - medium It has been three nights now and it's been awesome. No more red marks on the bridge of my nose, my leakag...

Re: AHI sky-high past two nights for no apparent reason?
Thanks, I have my appointment only next week now as they re-scheduled it, but I'll certainly look into trying out some other mask fits. Looks like the increased pressure settings helped too, given the median in that report is 16.5 Thanks all for the help here, I'll be watching results closely this w...

Re: AHI sky-high past two nights for no apparent reason?
So, I attempted to do the 20 min "awake" test but wanted to see how the leak was when lying down, and I ended up passing out for a few hours. Here is my data, which shows WAY better leakage control than previously: monday-afternoon.png There is no difference in how I slept position wise or how I put...

Re: AHI sky-high past two nights for no apparent reason?
The mask liner was changed a few months back. Facial hair isn't different than the past few years (minimal/shaved on face, only a goatee) I do run the "Run Mask Fit" option each night to get a tight seal (green smiley face) before going to sleep. Here is a shot from a night with one of my lowest AHI...

Re: AHI sky-high past two nights for no apparent reason?
I have edited my profile and taken a new report (hopefully) in the expected format
Here is last night's data - I feel I slept much better, but my score is still horrible.

Re: AHI sky-high past two nights for no apparent reason?
I got an SD Reader today so here is the sleepyhead daily review from yesterday night: Far as the other questions, I use a F&P Simplus Full Face Mask (lats night I know it must have been off due to my seal score being not-perfect). I don't use any meds of any kind, so nothing changed there far as dos...

AHI sky-high past two nights for no apparent reason?
Hello, I have owned and used a ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet since 2015 and it has worked pretty well. I typically show 0-15 events/hour until two nights ago where it suddenly spiked like crazy to 96/hour and last night, 107/hour. My mask seal, per MyAir, shows a perfect score. Unfortunately I don't cu...
