Re: Clicking noise from humidifier chamber
I hope that didn’t come across too strong. I’m not trying to rag on the machine. I am very happy with it in general and the fault is probably me being to light of a sleeper. Also, I tend to not word things in a way that the written word clearly expresses my thoughts. I was just trying to see if othe...

Re: Increase in events.
I sort of thought the pro's here would find what is needed quickly. I'll find a way to sort it out then, but thanks anyway.

Re: Clicking noise from humidifier chamber
Yes Jas, I did make sure the gasket was positioned correctly but it still does it. But I am sort of happy to know its not just me. I guess its a design flaw then. Too bad.

Clicking noise from humidifier chamber
Something which is bothering me lately, and actually waking me up at night, is a clicking noise coming from the humidification chamber on my Air sense 10 Autoset machine. With the fluctuation of air pressure changing from positive to negative as I inhale and exhale, the "clam shell" humidification p...

Re: Increase in events.
I just noticed that my posted "best night" is only for 1.34 hours. Shows I slept at 1:57 and woke at 3:31. I think the 3:31 was when I actually turned the machine off and back on to turn off the ramp feature. But I went back to sleep?? Will the last few hours get tagged onto tonight's hours?

Re: Increase in events.
OK, here you go. Not that difficult at all. The first image is of one of my best nights and the last is one of my worst night. And then some other screen shots between.

Re: Increase in events.
So its been a few weeks and this is what I have found. The first few weeks I was playing around with my minimum pressure settings, going incrementally higher over a period of days/weeks. I figured that if I had received a CPAP instead of a APAP, my setting would have been 8.2 as per the doctors pres...

Re: Increase in events.
OK, I did install the software from your link, Dog. Thanks for that. That's a WHOLE LOT OF INFORMATION!!!!! I might even try to digest it sometime :D Thanks, Julie. But sorry, TMI ? Its not that I am comparing numbers from 15 years ago. Its the difference from a few weeks ago of under 2 events each ...

Re: Increase in events.
Ya, well...not sure if I want to go the Sleepyheads route. I had a look, and to download the software there was a prerequisite to have a bunch of other drivers downloaded. I'm always cautious of that. Secondly, I often think that too much information is distracting and results in a lot of unwanted a...

Increase in events.
Hello all! New to the site but not new to cpap. I was prescribed a machine about 15 years ago and hated it so much that it ended up in my closet after a few months of not sleeping. Side/stomach sleeper, huge mask which never worked well [leaking due to sleeping on stomach] fighting with a hose wrapp...
