Re: dreamwear --nasal or pillow
I'm late to the party, but I feel like the Dreamwear has very poor air flow for some reason. I get crazy low leak rates and it feels good, just doesn't let me breathe as well for some reason. I've read reviews that said something similar. Not sure why it restricts air flow compared to other masks.

Over a year ago, an in-lab sleep study showed 4.7 AHI and 18 RDI over 2.75 hours of sleep. A bunch of unclassified RERA's (about 50) were detected. My sleep doctor said I didn't ...

I'm finding that many people with OSA and other sleep issues seem to know more about their condition and the condition of others than the actual "sleep doctors" and "sleep techs" who seem quite clueless...

Should I opt to buy a CPAP or go for a second sleep study?
36 year old male, 5'8 and 160 pounds. Very fit/muscular and active, in spite of being exhausted (I lift weights on days when I can sleep longer and feel more rested). I have been exhausted on a daily basis since either my pre-teen or teenage years - much more exhausted than what felt like normal for...
