Re: Dealing with nasal congestion while using a CPAP machine?
Okay...some more questions. Are you male and of an age that the bathroom breaks in the middle of the night might be related to the prostate? Do you have any pain issues that might be a factor in sleep quality and/or how you feel? Chronic pain is a real killer in terms of sleep...this one I have per...

Re: Dealing with nasal congestion while using a CPAP machine?
How many hours of real sleep do you think you are averaging? Are those hours fragmented with very many wake ups? If so approx how many? Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what? Do you have any other health issues that might affect how you feel during the day or might effect sleep quali...

Re: Dealing with nasal congestion while using a CPAP machine?
You have made more work for yourself with so many images trying to show all the graphs when all the graphs aren't really useful. Review this thread for formatting tips. You can get all we need to see in one screenshot. No need to redo any of these but I mention it to save you (and us) a bit of work...

Re: Dealing with nasal congestion while using a CPAP machine?
Hi, I recently downloaded OSCAR to track my progress with my ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset. I have used it for about half a year (unfortunately on and off...haven't been the best with consistency) and I unfortunately haven't really felt my sleep has improved. I don't really understand how to interpret ...

Re: OSCAR Suggestions & Bug reporting
Hi, sorry if this is an issue that has been brought up before and has been resolved (I did not know how to search this thread), but has anyone had an issue with OSCAR closing abruptly when you select your profile? I am new to OSCAR and I did not use SleepyHead before, but I am not sure what I am do...

Re: Dealing with nasal congestion while using a CPAP machine?
That is really interesting. I will definitely swing by my local pharmacy and check out Xylimelts and other means of keeping my mouth hydrated while I sleep! It is also reassuring to hear that mouth breathing with a full mask is alright as long as leaks are minimal or not present. Thank you both for ...

Re: Dealing with nasal congestion while using a CPAP machine?
Sorry to bump my thread, but I didn't want to start a new thread and flood the board with my posts. I have read that waking up, while using CPAP, with a dry throat is a sign that the there are leaks present and that the therapy will not be as effective. Does this apply for full face masks that have ...

Re: Dealing with nasal congestion while using a CPAP machine?
Hi, I recently started using a ResMed Autoset 10 and I was wondering if anyone else has issues with this machine/their own CPAP machine and nasal congestion? welcome to the zoo! one of the things i've found to help with congestion is flonase. it's over the counter medication and can be found at you...

Dealing with nasal congestion while using a CPAP machine?
Hi, I recently started using a ResMed Autoset 10 and I was wondering if anyone else has issues with this machine/their own CPAP machine and nasal congestion? I have always suffered from pretty bad nasal congestion when I sleep, but I feel like it's worse with my CPAP machine. I have a full face mask...
