Thanks for the visual confirmation--yes, that is the missing piece. Makes sense now and will probably fix the weird noise problem I had last night:o) I think I also forgot to turn the heater back on after I stopped the machine in the middle of the night to switch to APAP only

Yes, thank you I found that with the phone number and I e-mailed over an hour ago but have not heard back so thought maybe the e-mail did not work either. Why would they have a number posted that does not work? I have never ordered from here before.

Does anyone know how to reach the folks at cpap.com? Their 800 number does not work and I am afraid to place order without talking to someone....
