How do I increase the pressure?
My machine is a loaner from the sleep clinic, resp something... I'll use this for a couple months until my coverage will pay for my own machine. I cam't see any way to increase the pressure myself... is it not possible? Can only the clinic do that? I would like to try a slightly higher pressure!

The 0.7 means you had four events (apnea, hypopnea) during your five hours of sleep. Hopefully, you will be able to get more sleep once you adapt to having that alien thing on your face when you sleep. Well, last night I had probably the best sleep so far. It wasn't great, but better!! I got about 5 hours sleep, woke up at 5:45am and couldn't fall back asleep. My AHI was 0.7, what does that mean?
