I don’t know all the jargon. It’s a black ResMed that is supposed to be auto adjusting and I have a silicone thing that has two holes for my nose and wraps up my head to a hose at the top of my head.

I’m new. Three nights in and I can’t breathe. I feel like I’m suffocating and have gotten maybe 5 hours of sleep in the past 48 hours. I am more sleepy now during the day than I was before.
