Re: Sleeping in a recliner
Geez!!! I'm just asking a question!! I've been a CPAP user for over 10 years. I'm temporarily without a bed and trying to decide whether to sleep on the sofa or in the recliner. I remember now why I stayed away from this website for so long. People can be so hateful !!! You misspelled HELPFUL. :D JPB

Re: Pulled BiPap Off Of counter - how to stop this
....But my question is: what is the best way to stop this happening in the future? I am surprised that no one has mentioned placing the PAP on the floor. Seems like an obvious solution. I've had my PAPS on the floor for the past 18 years. Is there a problem with doing that? That's where the Dust Bu...

I don't watch any of the major cable news channels. Fox, CNN, MSNBC, whatever some of those newer ones are - don't watch any. All of them have clear tactics: 1. Make you mad at someone. 2. Make you hate those someones*. Who wants to spend their short life sitting in front of a boob-tube listening t...

Oh dear. https://www.elephantenergy.org/charge-ev/ But this. https://www.abcactionnews.com/simplemost/how-do-gas-stations-pump-without-electricity This is at least doable. In an emergency situation. Florida's electric grid is going down, for days if not weeks. I live in an area where if you do not h...

Re: Anyone having trouble with backordered nasal pillows?
Ordered 6 large pillows and 6 head straps (with buckles) for P10 from cpap.com (our sponsor) on their Labor Day sale. Straps were in stock, pillows were not. They said they would send them as soon as they got them in stock. They were as good as their word. Got them last week. At the sale price. :D JPB

You will usually get what you pay for. On amazon or ebay, anyway.

There seems to be somewhat of a consensus here.

Re: Sticky....Attn Newbies...Hints from forum veterans to help you with therapy hurdles
Ok, another one. :D This one is from the indomitable palerider. If you are having trouble with a stiff air hose (packaging kinks/curves) causing hose management problems: Put the hose in the clothes dryer for a one or two minutes at normal heat. Be sure to stop and check pliability. Too much time in...

This this not my idea. This is the excellent chunkyfrog's.
For Resmed P10 users (mostly):
Use a WaterPik (or similar device) to finish cleaning the mesh vent.
This really, really works!
Thank you chunkyfrog.

Re: Cpap "flipping" over
Just tie the hose off to something solid between the mask and machine (closest to machine, like the headboard). You will then be jerking on the tie off location, not the machine.
