Hi I just wanted to come back shorty and give an update how my story continued.

I am using now a soft cervical collar every night and my AHI Values have dropped to <0.5 consistently every night.
The pressure range is now 9-13.

Feeling much better and sleep better.

Re: Sleepheros sleep-improvement Thread

Initially after the SleepLab in November I got CPAP 12mBar with EPR-3 as standard setting. I found out soon that with CPAP 13mBar and EPR-1/2 I got much "better" results. I got pretty fast adopted having 13mBar the whole night. I don't know why after the second SleepLab they gave me 7-16 and not hav...

Re: Sleepheros sleep-improvement Thread

Ok, here we go for last night experiment. I slept on "left side" until the restroom break after that I continued on "right side". I already had some gas during that break and some burping. I also saw an improvement in the fitbit recording that I had a pretty long time in the beginning with very few ...

Re: Sleepheros sleep-improvement Thread

Generally speaking you are right. Now at the end of the day I think I felt better today compared to the day I wrote I feel like sh/t.(ahi 12.) BUT I am not giving up so fast. I know that I have a long journey in front of me as well as I have already a long journey behind me. Just a few things...

Re: Sleepheros sleep-improvement Thread

Just how comfortable is this TShirt you fixed up? How'd you sleep in general last night and how do you feel? I see a therapy break at 00:20......were you asleep prior to that break? The T-Shirt itself is not an issue right now. It may be an issue during summer time when it is getting hotter. The pr...

Re: Sleepheros sleep-improvement Thread

I wouldn’t say it was a restful sleep. I ate some air that produced some gas in the morning. Also the mask needs to be tighten a lot to have it leak free - that is also not comfortable. I know that the Fitbit is only a inaccurate tool but it shows that I not had a lot of Rem and deep sleep. In the I...

Mine's set to max 25 (different machine) it's still not enough to blow up a balloon ;)

Remove the 16 max pressure limitation...set the max to 20.
Let's see what the machine can do to break up those clusters when it's hands aren't tied.

Hello,
I have attached the results from last night.

Re: Sleepheros sleep-improvement Thread

Anyway...you need more minimum pressure...probably around 9 or 10. Hello, I am really feeling tired and devastated and don't know what to do to improve my situation or what to do at all with myself. :( There are a few 40 seconds duration breathing stops in the data - that's ridiculous. :( I am addi...

Re: Sleepheros sleep-improvement Thread

Ok, I am back after recovery from some naughty cold and want to see if we can do something to improve my settings. I am attaching the last two nights. First: 4-16, Second: 4-17. EPR is -2 and the "Sensitivity" Setting is normal. General Observation for me is that in the morning (5am) times I getting...
