Double-check the ramp. Your minimum actual pressure is 6, while your regular pressure setting minimum is 7. That usually means the lower number is a ramp pressure.
Keep us posted after you make those changes!

Re: Need advice on dialing in APAP
Welcome! It's great that you're already sleeping all night with your machine. Your leaks look minimal, and your AHIs, even the higher ones, are good. So you're off to an excellent start. My biggest question for you: how are you feeling during the day? More rested? Or not yet? Sometimes flow limitati...

Re: How improve my CPAP therapy settings
I second Julie's suggestion. If that doesn't help, you can try wearing a pocket t-shirt to bed, turning it backward and putting something like a tennis ball in the pocket. On Amazon, you can also see similar things if you search using "side sleep trainer."

Re: How improve my CPAP therapy settings
You have a fairly busy flow-limitation graph, so you might want to increase your EPR to 3.
Is your nose stuffy?
On the worse night, you had more obstructive events, and there was a bit of clustering. I wonder whether you slept on your back for part of the night -- do you know?

Re: Can't stay asleep
Your AHI and FL numbers are fine. What is astonishing about your chart is that you had a total of 16 sessions in one night and changed your settings multiple times. Please stop that! I recommend that you set your min EPAP to 8, your PS to 4, and your max IPAP to 12. This will give you constant press...

You could try sending a private message to member LSAT, who sometimes has lightly used machines for sale. I got mine from him, and everything went smoothly.

Re: Hey, new to using cpap and oscar for uars
Welcome! I believe your machine will provide FL data to Oscar. Here's a link to an explanation of how you can optimize the Oscar display for your machine: https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php?title=Lowenstein_PrismaLine_optimization#Prisma_Smart_.26_Prisma_20A_Devices It's possible you don't ha...

Re: Looking for help getting AHI down
Do you know whether you're rolling onto your back during the night? And just to double-check: are you using a single, fairly low, fairly firm pillow? I'd suggest you raise your minimum pressure to 16, which is your current median pressure, and your maximum to 20. Let's see how that goes before consi...

Re: Having issues. Insomnia makes my Bipap not practical?
If you google “MG and sleep” you’ll get good information from trusted websites and scientific papers. You might ask your neurologist what she thinks about those findings.
Here’s wishing you the best of luck. Keep us posted.

Re: Having issues. Insomnia makes my Bipap not practical?
A few quick thoughts. It's not a good idea to lie in bed for a long time trying to go to sleep. If you can't fall asleep without about half an hour, get up and do something low key (read or listen to music -- no screens) until you feel sleepy. Testosterone supplementation is not recommended for men ...

Re: Help with pressure
Welcome! It would be helpful to have more information. When did you start using your machine? Why were you prescribed a bilevel machine? How were your settings determined? What was your AHI during your sleep test (OAs/Hs/CAs)? And how are you determining the number of RERAs you are having now? Final...

Re: Looking for help getting AHI down
Welcome! A couple of thoughts. Many of your OAs are clustered, which can mean you're having a positional problem. The clusters might reflect you sleeping on your back, despite your efforts to stay on your sides, or they might indicate chin-tucking. That's when you sleep with your chin down near your...
