Re: Very Grateful for my new ResMed ASV
So then ASV is really for people who have more Central apnea than obstructive or hypopnea? ResMed says my central apneas are only .8 per hour... Would that make me a candidate for ASV or no?

Re: Mask too tight. Mandibular nerve irritated..mild facial paralysis
Thanks Jim. I have adjusted the mask dozens and dozens of times and that does not work. Can you recommend a mask or a type of mask liner that is known for alleviating leakage?

Mask too tight. Mandibular nerve irritated..mild facial paralysis
Pressures are 13/20. At these higher pressures my resmed f20 fullface mask leaks too much if I don't have the straps real tight. I can live with high leak numbers, but I can't live with being woken up frequently every night by the noisy leaks blowing in my face. Problem is, the tight straps have irr...

Re: New chart for review
First off, thanks to all of you for your wisdom (even you palerider)......The suggestions you have all given me with regards to pressure and EPR seem to be working...since I raised my pressure to 13 and removed my EPR, I've had 9 straight nights with AHI of 5 or less...yes that's not a large sample,...
