thanks to those that replied I will change some pressures
The original pressures were set by the sleep tech but waiting 3 months (next office visit) for him to change something doesn't make sense

After three month ahi has improved from 40/hr to this level but Sleep doesn't seem any better

I certainly don't have the same issues as you , but one thing in common is these machines don't help insomnia they only reduce ahi. most of mine are central apenea . The number or hours I sleep has not improved in the slightest. Supposedly they help quality of sleep whatever that means

Congratulations for those that have had success with cpap . I would like to hear from those that have had no success sleeping better after using their machine for months ahi numbers dropped from the 40 to less than 5 but Sleep has not improved at all The doctor now says these machines wont help you ...
