I was a stomach sleeper also and hated the adjustment, now I cant sleep on my front or without the machine !

Stick with it, its really worth the initiation period. As already suggested try different masks, pillows and positions. You will adapt and feel better overtime.

I have very oily skin and have to clean my mask everyday, thats a pack of wipes roughly every two months! urm nope. I just use the hand soap in the bathroom and it seems fine? Oily skin, horrible as a teenager great now as I have no wrinkles (yet) bad for full face mask! hand soap (molton brown) see...

Where to get a lightly used machine?

Hi all,

Seasons greetings to everyone, I am looking to purchase a Resmed airsense 10 with humidifier (lightly used) for delivery to the UK. Would anyone be able to recommend somewhere for this?

I have travelled around the world using a multiplug adaptor with no issue at all. All the hotels I used I didnt need an extension lead (but I guess this depend on the level of hotel also). From the Far East to the USA and Europe have been no problem using one of these - http://www.skross.com/en/prod...

I have a bad cold at the moment and as others have said put some on a small dish next to the air intake. This worked really well for me, I got the benefit of the vapor but it wasnt overpowering.

I do have a glass of wine most evenings with dinner, nothing else is really going on that I can pin on poor sleep quality other than the usual of a hectic life.
