Thanks, I did not notice that it is a completely different forum. I tried to register there but it kept sending me to some radio program site which seemed weird. Is that forum registration site linked to some totally different app?

I am told that I need to go to the "Private Area" in order to get software downloads - specifically Philips Encore Pro. It seems that I must contact an Administrator or Moderator in order to get permission to access the "Private Area" but I cannot see where or how to make that contact.

"Then look for the area where they explain how to request ResScan or Encore software."
I cannot seem to find the "area" - can you provide some help or a specific link for the request software area?

I recently got the Philips Respironics Dreamstation APAP. I would like to find out where, as the APAP user - not a health professional, I can get the Encore Pro software. The Philips site only lists it under their Healthcare Professionals tab. The most current software is designated EncorePro 2 but ...
