I am currently using the Resmed P10 nasal pillows and it's the best choice for me so far. It's not perfect by any means, but it's what I always go back to.

Are you saying that your one cushion is lasting up to 3 weeks? Or you have had several break down within a 3 week period? The VA and several European countries say they should last up to 6 months. One cushion! My insurance allows for 2 a month and most medical suppliers suggest mainly for sanitary/h...

@palerider, Rarely do the nasal cushions invert for me. That is not my issue. Thank you, though.

Is anyone else having problems with their Airfit P10 XS cushions breaking down in 2-10 days?

TO be clear, I am compliant in cleaning AND even purchased and use a nasal lavage when necessary.

How many people use the XS cushions?
