I use vaposteam evey night .... few drops works great when I have a cold ... I use nasal pillows not a full mask.

For me the rash comes from the rubber backing the does not allow your skin to breathe .... It happened almost immediately ... the Tee shirt trick is something I'm going to try this morning (I work shift work) ... Its a great idea
