Solution....I have this very same problem and found the solution years ago. 1st stop the immediate sinus crud....A pharmacist told me to use children’s Dimetapp...yes children’s. Really? Yes it stops the sneezing and running nose that is like a river after a few doses. 2nd stop this from happening.....
