My last trip to the hospital they told me to bring my own. They had it "reviewed" by their maintenance personnel to make sure it would not short out the hospital's electrical system (got a sticker to prove it!) and I was good to go.

I just replaced my initial machine, a RemStar Plus M Series after a little over 12 years of use.
It still works fine, but with all the new features it was past time for an update!.
Medicare will typically replace a machine after 5 years.

Used mine for the first time last night and did pretty well. Woke up around 5 am with a leak at the top. Fiddled with it for about 30 minutes but never really got it right. Think I will try tightening the upper straps tonight and see how that goes. I agree, the overall fit of the mask makes it worth...
