I replaced my Philips Respironics with an AirSense 10, 83 days ago. Looking at my statistics on Oscar, my FL has gone to 0.0 since. That seems odd. Does anyone have any insight on why? The 525 days before on the Philips it was 1.12.

Just don't seem to be as rested. Not sure how many charts to post. I just chose these two from recent weeks.
I started in July 2018, 453 nights, with an avg. 2.68 AHI.

Sorry, I took so long to post a reply after advice. Yes EX start was on. Much better with higher pressure limit, 8.0 to 9.0. Improved and I felt as though I slept better. Question though. It seems as I always was at the max of 8.0 during the night. Now at the high limit at 9.0, I don't even max out ...

Here are last nights results. Thanks to everyone for the help. Thank you pugsy for the information on posting and navigation of the site. Not sure why pressure stopped at 7.0.

I did sleep on my back last night a lot. (I believe). Had no alcohol last night and a very reasonable light supper.

Here is a nigh one week ago. This being fairly typical. I believe before last night and a really high nigh about 5 days ago I had a running average of around 4 AHI.
