Stuck in outbox

I’m new and was corresponding with someone via pm but the last three messages I have sent are stuck in the outbox? Any idea how to fix this?

Ok thanks! I’m an Individual not a DME dealer.
I have an Air10 autoset cpap for $400 and a Remstar c-flex for $100 both very clean, smoke free and in good condition. I tried to attach photos here but said too large a file so if they can be sent private message I’ll try that!
