Can you please analyze data
I notice my tiredness has started to come back this week. The only problem I can spot is mask leak, which I have no idea how to fix. I use airsense 10 with airfit 20 full face mask. Sleep on sofa to avoid sleeping on back. Also use cloth protector on mask for comfort and leak. Mask is less than 1 mo...

Re: Waking up and deep sleep
Ok so, here is a week of data. The only change was last night went back to full face mask. Dr. said that would prevent tongue from falling back and waking me up. most recent to least recent. Does that sound right? Anything to note about data? Also is this the correct data? 7-27 http://i.imgur.com/Lw...

Waking up and deep sleep
Good news my ahi are way down-about 2,2 even with mask leak at 20+. Is this possible? Also after using a program that tracks movement I keep waking right away out of deep sleep. How long is deep sleep? I keep waking up with bad dreams or just no dreams but usually back to sleep in 30 min. Happens 4-...

Thank you-IMPROVEMENT
One year ago I basically gave up on CPAP. I saw a sleep tech two weeks ago and became even more discouraged. My leak rates were off the chart! Ussualy about 25+ for most of the night. I tried numerous masks, seals, and sleep positions with no luck. It appears things have begun to change, and I wante...

The thing is my apnias were lower than they’ve ever been What chinstrap would not bother my neck? What slip collar would not bother my neck? Does mouth taping reall...

Re: Any mouth breathers successfully use nasal mask?
Last night I use nasal pillows and a chinstrap, and it may have worked . I still woke up about three times since they fell out but it appears I got my app meals down 2.4 the lowest I’ve ever seen in four years. I’m a huge mouth breather and so much so that for mass just keep waking too much what’s t...

Re: sleep study maybe need new
I had severe rls notes a few years ago in sleep study. He prescribed buspar at first but that made anxiety jump thru the roof. I then tried gabapentime but psychiatrist refused to give it to me because she said it made me too tired. I then gave up on sleep meds...now waking up 5 times a night so I h...

I am currently very unhappy with my sleep. I think I have insomnia and tons of mask leaks or not correct level. Either way should I go for a sleep study if I am trying new meds or weening off an antidepressant? Going from 20 mg Trintellix to 10. Going to try Mirapex or gabapentin It may change every...

Re: Sleep tech and New member
I would ask why
1.Why did you never reached out to me. I saw one sleep tech in 5 years.
2. Why if I had so many leaks, was I not contacted.
3. What do I do about frequently waking up 5-7 times at night?
4. What can you do for me to help fix my cpap issues?

Re: finally got data-please look at
Yeah, I think so. I never knew that. I ve been reading that Trintellix can cause sleep problems. I m trying to taper. Last, I heard gabpentine can fix sleep. Either way, I appreciate your help. I just need to keep working at fixing the leak and find a way to not wake up as much, and of course deal w...
