Espada: You were offered some legitimate suggestions such as raising the end of the bed or buying an adjustable bed. However once you mentioned that "plus i wanna live CPAP free", you doomed your post on tis forum. This forum is primarily for help with CPAP. Good luck.

I am glad that you are doing well. It is premature and possibly dangerous to self reduce your blood pressure meds after 5 days on CPAP. Please consult with your physician about your long term blood pressure management. Blessings and good luck.

Julia is giving you excellent advice. You are having or are very close to having hypertensive crisises, potentially causing a stroke, kidney damage or other cargdiovascular damage. Please aggressively pursue treatment and resolution. I wish you well.

Medicare and the Social Security Administration are two government systems that work well. Most problems are the result of the unrealistic expectations and the lack of user knowledge of beneficiaries. Thumbs up to these organizations and their staffs.
