What settings to transfer?

I am replacing my recalled Dreamstation auto cpap with a ResMed AirSense™ 10 AutoSet™ CPAP Machine w/ HumidAir™ Humidifier and Slimline Tube × 1.

What settings should I transfer to the AirSense?

The main reason I posted was because I am NOT waking up feeling rested. I take a timed release 5mg REMFresh(melatonin) before going to bed and that has helped some. This information would have been helpful if you had included it with your first post instead of just plopping down a sleep report and ...

Thanks. I will give your suggestions a try. There are a few of those sleep rules that I will stubbornly not follow unless it gets real bad. :D :D :D

The auto chart also showed a minimum pressure of 5, rather than the higher minimum of 9.5 that you're now using, and that's probably why your AHI was higher. In addition to trying LSAT's suggestion of raising your minimum to 10, you might want to open up the max to 20. Your machine will go no highe...
