i have been using it for years now to keep my water tanks clean, house humidifier clean ( it does not get gross and slimy anymore) and yes in my cpap humidifier also not only as a cleaning solution but in the tank, put in a tablespoon of 3% with distiled water. the worst that can happen is it breaks...
