Re: Help getting my AHI down a bit
Thanks Pugsy. I do have the ramp set to auto although it doesn't seem to be doing the greatest job guessing when I'm asleep. It is ramping up before I'm asleep - not sure why. I turn it off and back on again if I'm uncomfortable but I think I'm starting to get used to the pressure. That's funny abou...

Re: Help getting my AHI down a bit
Ok, I turned the pressure up to 11 last night. I had a higher AHI and feel my usual more sleepy self. Should I give it a few more days at 11 to see if it improves? Or go up to 12 tonight? I don't know if it's necessary but here's my chart from last night. I do like the ramp feature. Not quite comfor...

Re: Help getting my AHI down a bit
Ok I will try that tonight. Just for my own learning, why do you suggest getting rid of the ramp?

Help getting my AHI down a bit
Hi all, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and have been using therapy for almost 6 weeks. I have adjusted pretty well to therapy and I'm starting to feel a lot better. I don't NEED to have a nap every day and I don't spend my whole day pining for the next time I can sleep. (AMAZING!) However, I do no...

3 AHIs per hour
Hi everyone, I started cpap therapy 4 nights ago and things have been going really well. After reading experiences on here i was worried how i would adjust but I'm not having much trouble getting used to the machine or mask. The ResMed app is telling me I'm having abut 3.7 "events per hour". Now tha...
