Thanks for the heads up. I ordered the ResMed airsense 10 Elite. I just researched and this model is not Auto adjusting.

If I understand right I would ?:
1. Use an SD Card to store sleep data.
2. Put card in PC.
3. Run this software? (https://sleepyhead.jedimark.net/)

Buying a Refurbished Auto-CPAP and Using Offline ?
Hi. I'm 48, 6'2", 245lbs. I did a sleep study. Moderate Sleep Apnea. 2 weeks later the supplier has called and recommeneded a ResMed AutoSense 10. $800.00. I have HDHCP. So no Insurance help. I can get a refurb unit online for $300. I understand it is fully auto-adjusting. Can I go this route withou...
